How it works
Formoterol is a long-acting bronchodilator used as a long-term (maintenance) treatment to prevent or decrease wheezing and trouble breathing caused by asthma or ongoing lung disease (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease-COPD. Tiotropium is in a class of medications called bronchodilators. It works by relaxing and opening the air passages to the lungs to make breathing easier.

Drug Interactions
This medicine may interacts with other anticholinergics beta blockers, xanthine derivatives, mineralcorticoids, diuretics, levodopa, tricyclic inhibitors.
Indication
Maintenance and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
When not to Use
Lactation or in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients.
Precautions
Precaution
Not recommended in moderate to severe renal & hepatic insufficiency.
Warnings
Warning 1
It should not be used in prostatic hyperplasia.
Warning 2
It should not be used in acute severe asthma.
Warning 3
If you are using this medication to prevent exercise-induced breathing problems (EIB), it should be used at least 15 minutes before exercising.
